The people, all off them are very friendly and helpful. A warm welcome. Location is also very good and close to the center and beaches. Breakfast good and tasteful. And a nice bar to have a drink.

Staff were absolutely fantastic, everyone of them. Always greeted with a smile and always on hand to assist. Location of hotel was excellent, right in the centre. Food was amazing. Swimming pool superb. Really a great hotel to discover

Loved the hotel and in particular the area, had a great time and we would return but would like to stay in the main hote

We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel

An excellent breakfast, a very helpful staff in general, from the reception and to canteen and cleaning personal. We liked also a large balcony with a pieceful view.

The absence of possibility to order dinner at the hotel, despite in the description of tha avalable services dinner was mentioned. Nevertheless, bar at the hotel remained, and was quite good-

Great place for a stay in Mallorca close to beach

The staff was friendly, location of the place was great as well - close to the city centre, close to few different beaches. We really liked how big the shower was! Also, we could shower after checking out so that was super helpful. They also provide beach towels and there is possibility to rent beach umbrella for a small fee

The floor was not perfectly cleaned (there were some hairs and sand on the floor) but it was not bad

If we go back to Mallorca, we’ll stay here again.

Very gentle people who working here. Close to centre of Cala D’or, and the breakfast were just all you need in the morning. The day you leave, you can let your baggage at the hotel in a secure room and even you can make a shower if you have the flight back later and you maybe wanna go for an last swim.

Wonderful

had a good stay at this hotel! The room had a free safe and a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was equipped with both a bathtub and a bidet, and the lighting was bright enough to do makeup comfortably. Housekeeping came daily and kept everything clean. Despite some reviews, I want to say that the rooftop pool was nice and very clean. It's also a great spot for sunbathing, although I didn’t have the time to use it. The location is also convenient – the area is quiet with nearby bus stops and supermarkets.

As for the downsides, the cleaning staff started slamming doors around 7 AM, but that’s something you find in many hotels. Also, be sure to bring your own toiletries like toothpaste, as they aren't provided.

Lovely stay, would stay again

The hotel has 2 buildings, one that also includes the restaurant and the reception and another one 3 minutes away, where the pool is located. We stayed in the building with the restaurant, in a room on the second floor and were really happy with this choice, I would choose staying in this building again. Everything is clean and well kept. The room is spacious, with AC and fridge and had a great large terrace, with nice views. We loved the terrace and enjoyed spending time on it in the evening. Good and plentiful breakfast. Really nice personnel, at reception, cleaning and restaurant, they were very friendly! Great location, close to everything, but quiet at the same time. 10-15 minutes walking to various beautiful callas – Gran, Ferrera, Esmeralda. Lots of restaurants and small shops nearby. Two large stores nearby, at 10-15 minutes walking. Would love to come back and stay here again!

amazing place for a private, but also centered saty in Cala Dor.

Amazing house for our family of 5 adults. Staff was very gentle and breaskfast was nice. The location was just amazing. I will definitely come back.

Great location. Super nice staff. Very clean. Good AC. In a quiet residential area with easy to find FREE street parking. 24 hrs reception. Complimentary beach towels. Beach umbrella €3 for the week to rent. Nice balcony to enjoy. Cute pool and lots of lounge chairs.

It was a great place and close to the restaurants.

It was a good location and very close to the restaurants and supermarkets. It had what we needed in our room.

The room we had wasn’t in the same location as the pool so was a bit disappointed as it looked different than the photos and what we expected.

We enjoyed our visit , loved the location and managed the small room ,so would return another time.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good , easy to walk to restaurants, shops and beach. All areas of the hotel were extremely clean & well maintained. The dining room was very tranquil with gentle piped music. The breakfast buffet & hot plates were very good with plenty of selection. The hotel was quiet especially in the evenings which provided a relaxed & restful holiday.

We requested a ground floor room, as there are no lifts . The staff were very helpful, so we were allocated a room in the annex by the pool , a couple of minutes walk from the main hotel. Unfortunately the room was very small with only approx 2ft each side of the bed, It was difficult to unpack the suitcases as there were no drawers in the room but there were 2 drawers under the bathroom sink. The small wardrobe area was only half length as there was a fridge underneath. The bed had a firm foam mattress. All very clean but a bit too firm for our liking.
